New Delhi, April 2 (IANS) The Congress manifesto for the Lok Sabha elections released on Tuesday aims to focus on "a forward looking economy" and spells out how to get rid of chronic poverty, former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh said."The manifesto's purpose is to focus to move towards a forward looking economy.
