Equity indices open in red

Mumbai, May 13 (IANS) The key Indian equity indices opened on a negative note on Monday.At 9.33 a.m, the Nifty50 on the National Stock Exchange traded at 11,256.55, lower by 22.35 points or 0.20 per cent from the previous close of 11,278.90 points.The BSE Sensex traded at 37,454.25, lower by 8.74 or 0.02 per cent, from the previous close of 37,462.99 points.It opened at 37,491.30 and has so far touched an intra-day high of 37,505.66 and a low of 37,319 points.
