No relief to Jet Airways chief from HC

New Delhi, July 9 (IANS) The Delhi High Court on Tuesday refused to grant interim relief to Jet Airways promoter Naresh Goyal over his plea seeking to quash the Look Out Circular issued against him.A single judge bench presided by Justice Suresh Kait sought response from the Centre and then posted the matter for hearing on August 23.
