TDI to invest Rs 100 crore in Punjab project

Chandigarh, Nov 20 (IANS) TDI Infratech Ltd on Friday said it will invest Rs 100 crore in its latest offering Park Street project coming up in Mohali in Punjab.The commercial project with a built-up area of 1.5 lakh sq ft will be delivered by December 2022, the company said in a statement.The project is being developed as a retail, food and entertainment hub."This will be completely a lease model project with an endeavour to provide a better lifestyle," TDI Infratech Ltd Vice President (Commercial) Vimal Monga said.
