Key Indian equity indices open in green
Mumbai Oct 13 (IANS) Key Indian equity market indices opened in the green on Friday following global cues.
The 30-scrip Sensitive Index (Sensex) was trading 142.91 points or 0.44 per cent higher during the early session.
The wider 51-scrip Nifty of the National Stock Exchange (NSE) was also trading 41.75 points or 0.41 per cent higher at 10 138.15 points.
The BSE Sensex which opened at 32 247.74 points was trading at 32 325.13 points (at 9.23 a.m.) in the early session higher 142.91 points or 0.44 per cent from Thursday s close at 32 182.22 points.
The Sensex touched a high of 32 325.15 points and a low of 32 247.74 points in the trade so far.
