Simon Cowell buys $25 mn pad

Los Angeles Nov 28 (IANS) Music mogul Simon Cowell has bought a $25 million pad in Malibu.
Cowell is in escrow on a 10 000 sq ft seven-bedroom home on Pacific Coast Highway here. The house has ocean views a pool and modern interior reports tmz.com.
The house which "looks more like a resort than a home" also has a tennis court.
When Simon who lives in London comes to Los Angeles his main home is in Beverly Hills. That cost him $15.5 million.
