Brittany Snow sued over car accident

Los Angeles Dec 12 (IANS) "Pitch Perfect" actress Brittany Snow has been sued by a man named Jose Erazo Gomez for her involvement in a 2016 car crash.
Gomez claims that Snow rear-ended him and gave him a neck injury in July last year according to court documents reports tmz.com.
In the lawsuit Gomez mentioned that Snow crashed into the back of his car at a high speed leading to "catastrophic injuries " including shock and injury to his nervous system and a disc tear in his neck.
Snow was driving at the time of the accident however Gomez is also suing her mother Cindy.
Gomez is seeking unspecified damages.
