Michael Jackson s Blood on the Dance Floor revamped

Los Angeles Dec 17 (IANS) Late King of Pop Michael Jackson s classic music video of the track "Blood on the Dance Floor" has been revamped.

The new version of the music video features footage from the late legend s original music video which was released in 1997. There is also footage of Cirque du Soleil the cast of "Michael Jackson ONE" performing the track reports rollingstone.com.

A representative for Jackson s estate said the decision to create a new version of the music video was made after people from the estate watched the cast deliver a one-time-only performance of "Blood on the Dance Floor" during their annual celebration of Jackson s birthday.

The estate was inspired by their performance the representative added.

"Blood on the Dance Floor" is one of the tracks off Jackson s 1997 remix album "Blood on the Dance floor: HIStory in the Mix". The track received a new remix for the singer s Halloween-themed compilation album "Scream" which was released on September 29.
