Ridley Scott to direct Merlin Saga
Los Angeles Jan 5 (IANS) Filmmaker Ridley Scott is in negotiations to helm "The Merlin Saga".
The four-time Oscar-nominated director is in negotiations with Disney studio to helm the movie based on T.A. Barron s novel series reports variety.com.
The script of the movie will be provided by Philippa Boyens.
"The Merlin Saga" is based on a young Merlin who becomes a mentor to King Arthur. It chronicles the complete story of Merlin s life and times spanning 12 novels.
