George Clooney happiest he s ever been

Los Angeles Feb 26 (IANS) Actor-filmmaker George Clooney who is going to be a father soon is happier than he has ever been says his friend Grégory Lentz.

The 55-year-old actor and his wife Amal are expecting twins later this year and Lapérouse restaurant owner Lentz who has known Clooney since 2011 welcomed the couple to the eatery over the weekend reports people.com.

Amal is amazing. They re completely fully in love. She is just lovely just lovely. He s happier than I ve ever seen him. She s really amazing Lentz said.

Meanwhile Clooney paid a tribute to his pregnant wife when he was presented with an honorary award at the César Awards in France last week.

In his acceptance speech he said: To my wife Amal there isn t a day that goes by that I m not proud to be your husband. And I am excited about the years to come and particularly the months to come. I love you very much.
