Chitrangada gives herself a 'chop chop'

Mumbai, May 28 (IANS) Amid lockdown, Bollywood actress Chitrangada Singh has bravely cut her own hair.Chitrangada took to Instagram Stories, where she shared a boomerang video of herself flaunting her new hairstyle.On the clip, she wrote: "Gave myself a chop chop! #newnormal2020."Chitrangada had recently shared her look in the recently-released digitsl film "Ghoomketu", where she has a cameo.She shared two black and white pictures of herself sporting vintage hairstyle and make-up. Chitrangada portrays a stereotypical Bollywood heroine shooting a song.Directed by Pushpendra Nath Misra, "Ghoomketu" is a comedy-drama from the viewpoint of a budding writer played by Nawazuddin Siddqui, struggling to make it big in the film industry in Mumbai. The film also features filmmaker Anurag Kashyap as a corrupt cop and actors Ila Arun, Raghubir Yadav, Swanand Kirkire and Ragini Khanna in pivotal roles.
