Shooting without mobile was good: Rathnavelu

Chennai April 17 (IANS) Well-known cinematographer Rathnavelu on Monday said challenging as it was to shoot without mobile coverage for an upcoming yet-untitled Telugu film there was something good about the experience.

Rathnavelu is currently working on Ram Charan s project with director Sukumar.

The 20 days without mobile network filming in Godavari district was a nightmare! Coming back to city realised the mobile detox was good though Rathnavelu tweeted.

The makers over the weekend completed the film s first schedule in Rajahmundry.

A rural-based romantic saga the film has a 1980s backdrop. It also stars Samantha Ruth Prabhu.

Ram Charan has gone fully rural for this project.

The film is being produced by Mythri Movie Makers.
