Kiren Rijiju praises Kailash Kher for divine voice

New Delhi June 27 (IANS) Union Minister of State for Home Kiren Rijiju has praised singer Kailash Kher who performed here for a charity and said the country is blessed to have such a divine voice with kind heart.

Kailash Kher ji India is blessed to have such a divine voice with kind hearted. I just couldn t go away due to your mesmerizing voice Rijiju tweeted on Monday night.

To this Kher responded: Kiren Rijiju sir you can t imagine how humbled and blessed I am feeling to have met you. I am so proud our Nation has such a gem of a person to lead.

Kher who crooned numbers like Teri deewani Saiyyan and Ya rabba also shared a string of photographs of himself from the event and said that he proudly performed for the NGO -- Maa Foundation.

Proudly performed for Maa Foundation supported by Delhi Police CP Delhi MHA state Kiren Rijiju and Director CBI he captioned th images.

Maa Foundation is a charitable (not-for-profit) organisation funded by the Bilakhia family for bringing about educational reforms in the society.
