Ssumier Pasricha keeps strict watch on diet

Mumbai July 1 (IANS) Actor-comedian Ssumier Pasricha popular for his act as Pammi Aunty says he keeps a strict watch on his diet but sometimes cant resist the urge to cheat.

I keep a strict watch on my diet because I have to maintain my figure. But there is always so much happening in my life that at times I can t resist the urge to cheat Ssumier said in a statement.

Ssumier made a name for himself by donning the avatar of a Punjabi aunty who loves to gossip with her friends over phone. The acclaim from the digital world made him a household name. He will soon be seen in a to-be-titled comedy show that will be go live on ALTBalaji.

Ssumier might be getting more options to explore his creative talent but he has not forgotten his digital audience and is regular with videos. He has now come out with a video through which he takes a jibe at botox and also busts myths around plastic found in Pepsico brand Kurkure.

Ssumier is seen saying to a friend over phone You have studied science. Anything with starch content will burn. Kurkure has daal corn and rice).

Talking about the new video Ssumier quipped: And now with rumours about my lip job from these jealous ladies around me I dig into tubs of ice-creams to beat the stress.

Most of all there are always Indian namkeens which I munch into while catching up with friends and neighbours. I love crispy Kurkure made of daal rice and corn because it always reminds me of goodness of ghar ke masala in each bite.
