Jeremy Renner fractures both arms

Los Angeles July 8 (IANS) Hollywood star Jeremy Renner is bearing the brunt of a stunt gone awry -- both his arms have got fractured.

The "Avengers: Infinity War" star opened up about it at the Karlovy Vary Film Festival on Friday saying that a stunt-gone-wrong on the set of his upcoming comedy "Tag" resulted in a fracture on his right elbow and left wrist reported etonline.com.

"It s part of the job " Renner said.

"There will be an effect to it but it won t stop me from doing things that I need to be doing... I ll heal fast. I m doing everything I can to heal faster " he added.

Still he said "Tag" lighter on stunts than his typical high-action fare.

"I m doing a job ( Tag ) that isn t really requiring a ton of stunts. It s not an action movie it s a comedy. It just happens to have a few stunts in it. So I don t have to beat a whole lot of people up or do anything crazy. So it won t really affect my job " he added.
