Ray J in legal battle with Celebrity Big Brother bosses

Los Angeles Aug 12 (IANS) Singer Ray J has reportedly got involved in a legal battle with the makers of the "Celebrity Big Brother" TV show to claim his $250 000 pay cheque.

Ray J had to leave the house to get emergency dental work in January and was not paid for his eight-day stint on the show reports dailymail.co.uk.

The 36-year-old was not allowed into the house after the treatment. He won t rest until he gets the payment his manager said.

Ray J s sudden departure and the fact that the makers wouldn t let him back in the house means he reportedly didn t get his pay cheque.

"We are in a continued legal battle with them over the remaining payments that are owed to him " Ray J s representative David Weintraub told The Sun newspaper.

"They owe him 250 thousand US dollars. Our lawyers and their lawyers are trying to work out a settlement agreement. Without settling the case and an apology from the producers he doesn t want anything else to do with the show " Weintraub added.
