Gwen Stefani consumes Eastern medicine to get pregnant

Los Angeles Aug 24 (IANS) Singer-songwriter Gwen Stafani 47 is reportedly trying out a new method to increase the chances of getting pregnant. She is consuming Eastern medicine.

According to Celebrity Insider magazine Stefani is sure that singer Blake Shelton is the right person for her and wants to start a family with him. However she is afraid that it will be very hard for her to conceive due to her age.

The "Hollaback Girl" hitmaker is worried about her health as well as the baby s if she manages to get pregnant reports aceshowbiz.com.

According to a source Stefani is trying out "alternative sources of medicine" which includes Chinese herbs. In addition she has been doing hypnosis.

"She has been monitoring all her hormone levels and they are really balanced. She is also doing hypnosis because she knows there is a huge mind-body connection and she s got a good friend that swears hypnosis helped her get pregnant in her 40s " said the source.
