Harrison Ford wary of discussing affair with Fisher

Los Angeles Sep 14 (IANS) Actor Harrison Ford has commented on his affair with late actress Carrie Fisher but remained wary of talking too much on it especially after her demise.

They were dating during the filming of 1977 film "Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope".

Fisher passed away on December 27 2016.

She had revealed her secret affair with Ford in her memoir "The Princess Diarist" in 2016. She had said Ford and she were dating while he was married to his then wife Mary Marquardt.

"It was strange. For me " Ford told GQ magazine reports dailymail.co.uk.

Asked if he was given any advance warning about the content of Fisher s book Ford said: "Um to a degree. Yes."

Keeping his answers short the 75-year-old refused to talk further about his affair with Fisher.

"You know with Carrie s untimely passing I don t really feel that it s a subject that I want to discuss " he said.
