Anusha Mani to launch her first single

Mumbai Oct 4 (IANS) "Gulaabo" hitmaker Anusha Mani will release her first non-film song titled "Savera" on Friday.

" Savera came about as a result of jamming casually with composer Sangeet and Siddharth Haldipur. I wanted to release a song that people could connect with and that which would portray my style of singing and music. That s exactly what happened while making the song. Being my first single the song means a lot to me and I am starring in the video too " Mani said in a statement.

"After a lot of thinking we decided to name the song Savera . Difficult times will lead to better days which is depicted in my video as well. I want to explore all genres in music and this song is a step towards that " she added.

Mani is known for Bollywood songs like "Tera rastaa chhodoon na" ("Chennai Express") "Lehrein" ("Aisha") and "Lazy lamhein" ("Thoda Pyaar Thoda Magic".
