BIGG BOSS 11: WEEKLY UPDATE
The doors of the Bigg Boss house were opened for a fusion of celebrities and commoners on October 1. There was a mixed reaction from the viewers regarding the contestants. The distinguishing feature of this season is the division of the participants into “padosis” and “gharwale”. Here are the updates after they have spent a week with each other.
Day 7 'Weekend KaVaar' episode (Sunday, October 8) of Bigg Boss 11 with Salman Khan should have witnessed the first eviction of the season through the voting process. Making an exception to this rule, two people were eliminated. Bigg Boss had thrownPriyank Sharma out of the house for physically assaulting Akash Dadlani on the show. Rumors regarding his comeback in the show is already doing the rounds. During the episode, popular soap opera star, Hina Khan also promised to leave the show if Priyank leaves. Was this because of her supporting him or due to the romantic sparks between them is for the viewers to decide.
Also, out of the nominated contestants - ShilpaShinde, Arshi, JyotiKumari, BandgiKalra and Zubair –Zubair, who claims to have connections with Dawood Ibrahim and is the son in law of Dawood’s sister, Haseena Parker, received the lowest number of votes and hence was evicted from the show. But before he left the house, the contestant created a huge uproar by consuming a lot of pills. While he was taken to the hospital and given the required treatment, once out of the house, he claims the show to be rigged and has also lodged an FIR against Salman Khan.
He didn’t survive long in the show but whether he will be able to take his revenge from Salman is something we all want to know! He surely despised being the first one to leave the house.
Contestant Vikas Gupta, an eminent TV producer, was seen playing his part to spice up the show. Right from his face-off with ShilpaShinde, raising voice on padosi contestant Luv Tyagi or giving word of advice to rapper Akash Dadlani, he wants to leave no stone unturned to be popular.
The episode on Sunday featured many stars like Gaurav Gera, the whole team of Golmaal again including Rohit Shetty, Ajay Devgn, Tabu, Parineeti Chopra, Tusshar Kapoor, ShreyasTalpade and Kunal Khemmu. Salman also promoted the upcoming season of Rising stars which included a fun activity of the kids asking questions to the contestants.
Salman also spilled the beans regarding the future that now that there are only 12 contestants in the house, soon the padosis will join to make it 16 contestants in total.
