Indian's first choice, 51% of Indians eat every day: Survey

June 27 (WTN) - As we all know that most of the Indians love to eat and in the morning breakfast in India, the practice of eating samosa and vada pao in place of poha is increasing, and at least one meal of every Indian without potatoes is incomplete. 

Potatoes are available all the year round in market and in all the seasons. According to the survey, most of the Indians eat potatoes daily.

Food Talk India conducted a survey in New Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chandigarh and Hyderabad, which showed how much people like to eat potato in India.

It was revealed in the survey that 65 per cent of Indian people prefer to eat potatoes.

In the survey, people aging from 15 years to 40 years, 51 per cent of people who were found to eat potatoes every day.

As well, 73 per cent of the people said that they love to eat roasted potatoes.
