Some people have problems of indigestion in the rainy months because it is difficult to digest food due to the excess moisture in the air. But the question is, what kind of food should we eat during monsoon? Let's know - what and why we should eat
Fruits
The fruit should be eaten because it gives vitamins, minerals and energy (strength) to the body.
Apple and pomegranate are the perfect fruits to eat in the rainy season.
Watermelon can also remove your pimples.

Dry food
Stay away from the outside juices like - Lassi or the roadside juices.
Eat gram, peas, chapati made up of wheat or corn flour or etc.

Water
As we have told you that the diseases associated with water in the rainy season are very high, use filtered water and boil it properly.
By boiling the water, all of its bacteria-germs die.
Do not use excessive salt (patients with high blood pressure)
Salt should be used less in rainy season because it is not good for health. Patients with high blood pressure do not consume salt.

Bitter vegetables
During the monsoon, bitter vegetables must be eaten, such as fried bitter gourd or juice.
With the help of this type of bitter vegetables you can avoid all skin infections and allergies.
Avoid milk
Do not drink milk during monsoon. If you still want to drink then drink it only after boiling it at temperature of 100 degrees Celsius.
But you can eat other things made from milk like sweets made at home.

Do not eat spicy food
During the rainy season, the weather is neither cold nor hot, and who does not like to eat spicy food in monsoon? But doing so is very wrong.
