July 27 (WTN) - In the rainy season almost everyone prefers to eat pakodas along with tea. You would be feeling bored by eating, potatoes, onions, chillies and paneer pakodas, so this is the time to bring some crispy and healthy touch to your taste. Today we are going to tell you how to make the cashew pakodas at home which are totally different in taste and are healthy too. Let's know the recipe for making yummy cashew pakodas ...

Ingredients:

1 cup cashew nuts
1/2 cup gram flour
1/2 cup rice flour
1/2 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
1/2 cup finely chopped mint
1/2 cup finely chopped green coriander
1 teaspoon coarsely fennel
Red chili powder to taste
Oil as per the requirement
Salt to taste

Method:

First of all, we will prepare the paste to make pakodas. Mix gram flour, rice flour, ginger-garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder and fennel in a vessel for mixture or paste. Put oil as per the requirement in kadhai and heat up the oil. Now add one spoon of this hot oil in the gram flour paste or mixture. Let the remaining oil heat up on the gas. After this, add chopped mint leaves, coriander leaves and cashew nuts and mix it well. Now add little water and knead it. Keep in mind that the mixture does not get diluted. Now cut the mixture into small pieces. Fry them until they become crispy and golden in colour. Your cashew pakodas are ready to serve. Now serve with mint chutney or can also try with hot masala tea.
