Most people apply cleaning liquids and sanitisers after toilet or before having food. Some people are using sanitizer several times a day for cleaning hands. Because they think this is the best option to make their hands germ free. But it's not like that. A recent research has revealed that excessive use of alcohol based hand sanitiser and cleaning liquids is very harmful to our health.
According to the University of Melbourne research, alcohol-based sanitisers are turning simple bacteria into superbugs that have also become resistant to extremely powerful antibiotics. It is because of the use of alcohol-based hand sanitizers more than necessary.

Most people think that all germs kill after washing 1 drop of sanitiser. But not 60 percent of sanitizers have alcohol, which can not completely eliminate the germs. Despite this soap is a better option for hand washing.
