Bollywood is positive- Mario Testino !!

"Beauty has evolved in the sense that everybody is beautiful" Says the legendary Mario Testino the famous Peruvian fashion and portrait photographer. "The most amazing wonderful genius of a man, the legendary Mario Testino was in India on tour as he is covering Vogue India issue. Mario Testino 62 is a celebrity photographer who is a celebrity himself. Evidently he had good memories from India during his 2nd visit though after a long break of 2 decades.
On his second visit to India he shared his better understating with the country, its features and beauty of nature in an interview with a leading daily. He said "I have wanted to come to India for jobs for a long time, the problem is that everybody wants to come to India, you know. It's hard for me to come after them, to say I want to go to India too, so I have to go somewhere else. This time, to make sure I cover it properly for everybody, I am doing the Vogue India issue."
He finds India as one of the biggest powers in the world; he said “You are the second biggest population in the world. I think there is a positive attitude in this country and I find it exciting. Also there is a big sense of history here. There's a lot of style and taste and tradition. There's so much to discover. I think that's what excites me, you know."
He is highly moved with Indian cinema which is provided to him by his friend Megha Mittal. He said he does not like stress and violence and that’s what the movies from Hollywood offer, where as he finds movies from Bollywood comprising more of serenity and positivity. He says "It's more my style because I like positive things and most of the films I see made in the Western world are about violence which I just can't watch. Bollywood is positive, you know…"-WTN
