Misty Sunday morning in Delhi
New Delhi Nov 12 (IANS) Delhi saw a moderately foggy Sunday morning with the minimum temperature at 13 degrees Celsius a notch below the season s average.
"The sky will remain partly cloudy during the day with mist and shallow fog " the India Meteorological Department said.
Humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 98 per cent. Visibility then was 400 metres which improved to 600 metres three hours later.
Saturday s maximum temperature settled at 28.3 degrees Celsius the season s average while the minimum was 12.6 degrees Celsius just below the season s average.
