Cloudy Tuesday morning in Delhi, 15 trains cancelled
New Delhi Dec 12 (IANS) It was a cloudy Tuesday morning in the national capital with the minimum temperature recorded at 13.8 degrees Celsius five notches above the season s average.
Around 15 trains were cancelled and 27 delayed due to fog in several parts of northern India.
"The sky will be partly cloudy here with moderate fog in the morning " an India Meteorological Department official told IANS.
The maximum temperature was likely to hover around 24 degrees Celsius a degree more than the normal.
The humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 91 per cent and visibility stood at 800 metres.
Monday s minimum temperature was recorded at 8.2 degrees Celsius a notch below the season s average and the maximum temperature settled at 27.2 degrees Celsius.
