Partly cloudy Tuesday morning in Delhi

New Delhi April 10 (IANS) It was a partly cloudy Tuesday morning in the national capital with the minimum temperature recorded at 21.4 degrees Celsius two notches above the season s average the weather office said.

"It will be a generally cloudy sky towards afternoon/evening with chances of thunderstorm and very light rains. The rainfall recorded in the morning was 1.2 mm " an India Meteorological Department official (IMD) said.

The maximum temperature is expected to hover around 31 degrees Celsius.

The humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 62 per cent.

Monday s maximum temperature settled at 31.4 degrees Celsius three notches below the season s average while the minimum temperature was recorded at 20.2 degrees Celsius one notch above the season s average.
