Partly cloudy Wednesday morning in Delhi
New Delhi June 6 (IANS) It was a partly cloudy Wednesday morning in the national capital with the minimum temperature recorded at 28.5 degrees Celsius one notch above the season s average the weather office said.
"The sky will remain partly cloudy during the day with chances of thunderstorm or dust storm accompanied with strong surface winds " an India Meteorological Department (IMD) official told IANS.
The maximum temperature was likely to hover around 40 degrees Celsius and the humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 66 per cent.
Tuesday s maximum temperature settled at 41.6 degree Celsius a notch above the season s average while the minimum temperature was recorded at 30.4 degrees Celsius three notches above the season s average.
