Partly cloudy Friday morning in Delhi
New Delhi Aug 17 (IANS) It was a partly cloudy morning in the national capital on Friday with the minimum temperature recorded at 27.9 degrees Celsius one notch above the season s average.
"The sky will remain partially clouded with chances of light rains or thundershowers. The next few days are expected to remain the same " an India Meteorological Department (IMD) official said.
The maximum temperature was likely to hover around 37 degrees Celsius.
The city received 3 mm of rainfall in the past 24 hours and the humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 80 per cent.
Thursday s maximum temperature settled at 35.6 degrees two notches above the season s average while the minimum temperature was recorded at 27 degree Celsius season s average.
