5th 'Science at the Sabha' on February 16

Chennai, Feb 6 (IANS) The fifth edition of 'Science at the Sabha' organised by The Institute of Mathematical Sciences will be held here on February 16, said an official.The Institute of Mathematical Sciences as a part of its ongoing programme of outreach to the general public, is organising a set of four public talks on different aspects of science at The Music Academy (TTK Auditorium) on February 16 between 4 p.m. and 7.30 p.m.The talks are aimed at anyone with an interest in science, irrespective of age or background, the official said.The event will be accompanied by a panel exhibition outside the Auditorium, highlighting some important prehistoric sites in the Indian subcontinent.Science at the Sabha is free and open to all, although web registration is required in advance.
