Save cow to save India: BJP MP
New Delhi March 20 (IANS) India will survive only if cow survives BJP MP Shankarbhai N. Vegad said on Monday.
The Bharatiya Janata Party Rajya Sabha member from Gujarat was taking part in a discussion on the 2017-18 budget.
Vegad said: Gai bachegi to Hindustan bachega. He claimed that cow urine can cure cancer if used in a proper way.
He said households which have a cow stay healthy as gaumutra (cow urine) wards off germs. We will have to save the cow he added.
