Light showers likely in Delhi
New Delhi Aug 6 (IANS) It was a cloudy Sunday morning in the national capital with the minimum temperature recorded at 28.8 degrees Celsius two degrees above the season s average.
"The sky will be generally cloudy with light rain or thundershower towards afternoon or evening " an India Meteorological Department official told IANS.
The maximum temperature is likely to hover around 35 degrees Celsius.
The humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 71 per cent.
On Saturday the mercury touched 35 degrees Celsius a notch above the season s average and the minimum temperature was 27.7 degrees Celsius.
