Forcepoint appoints George Chang as Vice President-Sales

Singapore Aug 22 (IANS) Global cyber security firm Forcepoint on Tuesday appointed George Chang as Vice-President of Sales in a bid to strengthen its Asia-Pacific (APAC) operations including in India.

Chang would be responsible for driving customer engagement across the company s technology portfolio including Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) data loss prevention insider threat web security email security and next-generation firewall.

"George and his team will help lead the charge in delivering the most intelligent systems that facilitate business and foster productivity while stopping bad cyber activity " said Sean Foster Chief Revenue Officer in a statement.

Working from the company s Singapore branch Chang will report to Foster.

Chang who brings with him over 20 years of experience in the technology industry stressed on the need of perimeter-less human-centric cyber-security solutions.

"We have the unique opportunity to partner with Asia-Pacific companies to ensure their users and critical business data are protected everywhere " said Chang.
