New Delhi Oct 31 (IANS) It was a misty Tuesday morning here with the minimum temperature recorded at 16.4 degrees Celsius a notch below the season s average. The Met forecast a clear day ahead.
The maximum temperature is likely to hover around 31 degrees Celsius.
"It was a misty morning here. The day ahead will be clear " said an official of the India Meteorological Department.
Humidity at 8.30 am was recorded 96 per cent.
Monday s maximum and minimum temperature settled at 32 and 16.7 degrees Celsius.
