Research from Carnegie Mellon University of America has found a very inexpensive and effective method for water purification. The name of this experiment is 'f-sand', which can be purged with the help of sand and drumstick. At present the researchers are trying to know that till what extent the water can be cleaned in this manner and can this water save us from diseases?
How does it remove the dirt?
Make a powder of drumstick seeds and put it in the vessel of dirty water. It will turn into flakes. In fact, this flake gathers the dirt particles present in the water and sat down in the bottom. Drumstick seeds also eliminate the bacteria presented in the water. The use of drumstick reduces the dirt present in the water from 80 percent to 99.5 percent and the number of bacteria is reduced by 90 percent.
