TN to distribute Kabasura Kudineer mix in containment zones

Chennai, April 23 (IANS) In order to increase the people's immunity, the Tamil Nadu government on Thursday decided to distribute Kabasura Kudineer powder mix to households in the COVID-19 containment zones.In a statement issued here, the government said it has decided to distribute one lakh packets of Kabasura Kudineer power mix - a Siddha medicine- to boost the immunity of people living in the COVID-19 hotspots.The statement said the government has started the project called 'Arogyam' on the advice of experts and has started distributing a powder mix of Kabasura Kudineer and Nilavembu Kudineer.The government clarified that this is not the treatment process for COVID-19 but only to boost immunity.
