108 test positive, J&K COVID-19 tally 5,406

Jammu, June 17 (IANS) Another 108 people tested positive in Jammu & Kashmir on Wednesday as the total number of COVID-19 patients jumped to 5,406 in the Union territory.A statement issued by the information and public relations department said 108 tested positive today, 27 in Jammu division and 81 in Kashmir division.The total number of COVID-19 patients is now 5,406 in J&K. So far, 64 people have died due to the deadly virus in J&K while 2,914 have completely recovered.The number of active cases is 2,428 in J&K out of which 666 are in Jammu division and 1,762 are in Kashmir division.
