BJP MP Sanwar Lal shifted to AIIMS (Lead)
New Delhi July 27 (IANS) BJP MP Sanwar Lal Jat who went into a coma after a cardiac arrest on Saturday was on Thursday shifted to the AIIMS here in a semi-conscious condition hospital authorities said.
Admitted to the neurology department Jat will be shifted to a special room in the hospital s Cardio Thoracic Neuro Sciences Centre.
"The MP was brought here around 3.30 p.m. He is in a semi-conscious state right now " said a hospital official.
The 62-year-old MP from Ajmer in Rajasthan who has been a union minister was treated earlier at the Jaipur-based SMS Hospital and was brought to Delhi by an air ambulance.
