Beware, as The Hollywood Babes Are No More in The Mood to Undergo Sexual Harassment, Its TIME'S UP !!

Its over and out. The women across Hollywood are done. The women from the most glamorous side of the hemisphere are done with sexual harassment and had come together to take the movement called, TIME'S UP which is a prevention initiative.
Earlier movement "#metoo" which was initiated last year and was successfull enough to expose the world of sexual harassment at workplace and also unmasked big name like, Harvey Weinstein. The lead program is set to counter Sexual Harassment and a Prevention Initiative called by the title," Time's Up".
The thought initiated with the decision to wear black, to the coming Golden Globes Night as a solidarity towards the victims of sexual harassment. Shonda Rhimes and Reese Witherspoon are among the key players in the effort, which includes a legal defence fund to help women in blue-collar industries. More than three hundred pre-eminent Hollywoodies including Shonda Rhimes, Reese Witherspoon, Ashley Judd, America Ferrera, Natalie Portman, Emma Stone, Kerry Washington, Jill Soloway and Donna Langley have launched an initiative to fight systemic sexual harassment in the workplace with the theme to follow title," Time's Up".
The outstanding support includes a legal defence fund to help out the women in blue-collar jobs within the industry to protect them from sexual misconduct, with the objective of bringing the gender equality, "50/50 by 2020". In the announcement, Rhimes said, "Earning a living should not come at the cost of anyone’s safety, dignity or morale,”.The movement now, as initiated in Hollywood after decades of surface up we wonder if Bollywood will ever reveal its dirty secrets?
Several Bollywood personalities like Radhika Apte, Tisca Chopra and Kalki Koechlin have spoken about sexual harassment. Shruti Seth in her recent tweet stated, " I wonder if Bollywood will ever reveal its dirty secrets? It took Hollywood nearly 25 years to speak up well take another 50 perhaps ".Although Bollywood ladies are not shy about the Hollywood ways and so we believe they too will catch up to speak out for the same soon.

Internationally the movement to fight back the sexual harassment is gearing up. The Times Magazine for the year 2017 also awarded the Prestigious TIME's "Person of the Year Award" to "the Silence Breakers", women and men who took strong step to open up against sexual abuse and harassment - are the Time's "Person of the Year". Shuttering down the single stereotype, the TIME awarded Person of the Year "to abuse 'silence breakers.' "MeToo Hash Tag Movement", which went viral post the allegations emerged against Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein. The fastest moving social change in the decade witnessed is, "Me too", the programme that kicked off by individual acts of courage by hundreds of women and few men, who came forward to share their stories, says TIME's editor-in-chief Edward, Felsenthal.
