How to keep yourself hydrated in this hot summer

April 21 (WTN) - At different times throughout the day, to keep yourself hydrated in this hot summer, you need not drink cold drinks and ice-creams as it is not the right option. Switch to the traditional way quenching your thirst and refresh yourself in the hot summer.

Since the temperature is increasing day by day, one can switch to the Nariyal Pani that keeps you hydrated 
when sun is blazing in this hot summer. A glass of chilled Badam Elaichi shake with honey and saffron can be palatable to your taste and make you feel hydrated.
