Pay little more attention to your eyes in summer season

April 24 (WTN) - The major problems faced by most of the people as sun rays emits harmful UV rays which affect your entire body are sunstroke, dehydration, skin pigmentation, sunburn, skin allergies, skin rashes and many more. Apart from this, your eyes are so delicate part of our body so this is the time when you need to take a great care of your eyes if not it will going to become hazardous for your eyes. In this excessive hot season, generally most of the people are suffering a lot with the eye problems like irritation in the eyes, redness, styes, dryness and soreness, fine lines, wrinkles, dark circles, kinds of allergies, conjunctivitis, eye fatigue, etc.
So try these precautions to protect your eyes. Keep an eye on the health and hygiene, splash your eyes with cold water for a great relief, use saline eye drops for your eyes, use sunglasses or shades to cover your eyes, apply almond oil and give a proper massage for few minutes around your eyes before going to bed, soak the cotton wool pads in chilled rose water or cucumber juice can also be used which is a good natural coolant or use the cucumber slices as eye pads and keep on your eyelids for 10 minutes for better relief with eye fatigue moreover, to give intensive moisture to your eyes use natural eye mask or eye packs of cucumber, mint, raw potato, water melon, on the area around your eyes. Try to avoid going out at midday sunshine and stay inside. Keep yourself hydrated to avoid dry or dehydrated eyes and skin. Sleep for adequate time required for your eyes to keep them healthy and switch to green leafy veggies and fruits containing vitamin A.
