April 26 (WTN) - As summer season comes, the mango moody memories begins for the children and the elders. Do you know the amount of glucose present in this favorite fruit? It is considered to be the cause of weight gain, due to which there is often a dilemma in the minds of people whether the weight actually increases or not? Mango is not a complete diet, but there is a variety of nutrients like Vitamin A, Iron, Copper and Potassium.
