April 27 (WTN) - Bathing is a daily action, which most of the people do in the morning or before going to work. The dirt is removed from our body on the one hand and on the other hand you feel fresh again. However, some experts believe that bathing at night brings you a good sleep and some experts believe to take a bath in the morning for a better beginning of the day. According to the studies and researches baths have their own advantages and disadvantages in both times, but bathing at night brings excess sweat, oil and allergic elements to the body and provides deep sleep and makes the skin fluttering. The dirt becomes clear all day long. According to the experts, during the night bathing, dust and dirt becomes clearer all day long. Because lying on the bed with this mess can make you sleepy and skin related allergies can also happen. Therefore, it is important to take a bath before sleeping at night to stay healthy. It is more important than bathing that you wash the face before sleeping, because by not doing it, your pillows are filled with dirt and oil throughout the day and can cause acne on your face. Bathing at night maintains your body temperature, which gives you fast and deep sleep.
