Make impotent to culprits of rape with under 12 years children, demand from women lawyers.

MAY 04(WTN) - Many cases of sexual abusing with children are coming out in India nowadays. According to sources, after bringing the ordinance for the death penalty to guilty convicts of rape of children under the age of 12, the central government is now contemplating about the demand of making impotent to guilty convicts for rape with the children.
After the cases of rape with the minor girls are exposed, there is resentment against the culprits in the public. People are not satisfied with the punishment of the hanging of the accused persons till death. A group of women lawyers in the Supreme Court have demanded from the PMO about this. According to the information, the Prime Minister's Office has sent this petition of women lawyers to the Ministry of Women and Child Development. Not only this, it has also instructed appropriate action on this. Considering the increasing incidents of sexual abuse with children, women lawyers have demanded that the provision of punishment for the execution of death along with the execution of making chemically impotent for the culprits should also be made.
As you know, on the initiative of Women and Child Development Minister Maneka Gandhi, the Central Government has passed an ordinance in which the court got the strength of giving the maximum convict of death penalty to the culprit in the cases of rape with the children up to 12 years of age.
The National Crime Record Bureau's year 2017 figures show that cases of rape and sexual abuse against children have increased very rapidly. According to the National Crime Record Bureau, rape incidents have increased by 82 percent in the year 2017 compared to the year 2016.
