MAY 26(WTN) - 12 people have died due to Nipah virus in Kerala. All the states of the country have issued an advisory to deal with this virus. Several steps are being taken to deal with this virus. Experts believe that this virus can be handled easily by taking some precautions. Cleaning habits such as repeated washing of hands and take food after being properly cooked can prevent you from Nipah virus that damages the brain.
Nipah virus is spread from animals to animals, whereas there is evidence that spread from one person to another. This virus spreads rapidly from one person to another. But if we consider the advice of experts, it can be avoided. Staying at one meter far from the person affected with this virus does not endanger its infection.
Nipah virus is transmitted by infected pigs, salivary cells, urine or feces. It can spread from one human to another through breathing.
