ICIC Bank preparing the succession plan of Chanda Kochhar
JUNE 15 (WTN) - Former Supreme Court judge BN Srikrishna will investigate charges against ICICI Bank CEO Chanda Kochhar. According to the information, the ICICI bank board feels that former Supreme Court judge B.N.Srikrishna is the ‘most suitable’ person for the investigation of this case. It is being said (sources) that B.N.Krishna has accepted the demand for inquiry.
It is said that Justice B.N. Shrikrishna is an independent and trustworthy person and he has a good knowledge of the financial market. According to the information, Shrikrishna will examine whether Kochar has violated the code of conduct. He will also check whether the Chanda Kochhar knew about the loans of some borrowers. For your information, let you know that B.N.Srikrishna is currently working on data protection bills in India and he has also been the Chairman of the Financial Sector Legislative Reform Commission in the country.
