RSS and BJP focus on prospective united candidate of opposition in 2019 Lok Sabha eletion
JUNE 18 (WTN) – Expecting unity of opposition in the coming Lok Sabha election, the BJP does not want to do any mistake. It is believed that after the defeat in Gorakhpur, Phulpur and Kairana Lok Sabha by-election, BJP is looking seriously in candidate selection. According to the information, for the 2019 Lok Sabha election, the RSS and the BJP can together choose candidates who can compete with the prospective united candidate of opposition.
According to the information, several important decisions have been taken in the coordination meeting of the RSS and BJP in Haryana. According to information from the sources, BJP's ‘sangathan mantri’ of states have been asked to review the performance of all sitting MPs of the party and prepare a report. It is believed that on the basis of these reports it will be decided whether sitting MP’s should be continued for 2019 Lok Sabha election or not.
According to the information, the ‘sangathan mantri’ have asked ‘to find out how much the current MP has done work in his/her constituency, whether he or she has support in the public, whether its popularity remains intact. Not only that, it has also been said that existing MP’s contact with party workers will also be examined. Not only this, the ‘sangathan mantri’ also have to see whether the current MP is likely to win again or not.
‘sangathan mantri’ have been asked to submit this report within a month. It is believed that on the basis of this report, it will be decided whether the current MP of BJP should be given ticket again in the Lok Sabha election or not. According to the information received from the sources, it will also observed how much MPs are so ‘famous’ that if they have not worked in his/her constituency, they will not get the ticket. If the ‘sangathan mantri’ feel that the existing MP can’t win the election, then they have to suggest the name of the candidate who can win the election.
As you know, the highest number of Lok Sabha seats in the country are in UP. BJP won 71 out of the 80 Lok Sabha seats of UP in the 2014 Lok Sabha election. But the way BJP has lost in Gorakhpur, Fulpur and Kairana bypoll, both the RSS and the BJP have formed their strategy on UP. RSS has divided the UP into six provinces. The heads of all these provinces will help to formulate this strategy to deal with the SP-BSP coalition.
If the opposition is to be united to keep away BJP from the power in the 2019 Lok Sabha election, it is believed that the BJP will have to face a lot of trouble. Farmers, traders and youths are being told to be angry with the BJP. In such a situation, BJP does not want to make any mistake for the 2019 Lok Sabha election. If BJP is going to face to the opposition's unified candidate in 2019 Lok Sabha election, then BJP will have to first choose the popular candidate who can give fight to opposition.
