Whole world celebrating Yoga day excepting Mizoram government!

Is Yoga related to any religion?
JUNE 21 (WTN) - Today, World Yoga Day is being celebrated throughout the country and in the world. But Yoga Day is not being celebrated the government of Mizoram, a state in India. According to the media information, the state's chief minister Lal Thanhawla and his cabinet ministers are not celebrating Yoga Day. According to media reports, Chief Minister Lal Thanhawla is busy in the marriage of his grandchildren, and some ministers do not know about Yoga Day.
As per the media reports, according to an official of the Chief Minister's office that Yoga is not according to the beliefs of the Christian population of the state, but no order has been issued to observe it. But according to the official, the state government of Mizoram does not promote yoga.
For your information, let you know that Mizoram's Christian community has been boycotting Yoga as anti-Christian. There is Congress government in Mizoram at present. The assembly election is going to be held in state in the last this year. The population here is more related to Christians. It is said that the people of the Christian community have been protesting from time to time as Yoga is a part of the Hindu philosophy.
Along with the church in Mizoram many Christian organizations have been protesting against Yoga and Yoga Day from time to time. They say that Yoga is a part of Hindu philosophy. After the controversy, on June 21, in the year 2017, the Mizoram Government had considered a ‘healthy Mizoram Day’ instead of Yoga Day.
Yoga is a scientific physical exercise which is not related to any religion or philosophy. But the way in which Mizoram's Christian population and its government are adding yoga to Hinduism is ‘questionable’. Yoga practice done by millions in Christian countries, but there is no resistance to it, but some people in India who protest against Yoga in the name of politics is condemnable.
