Congress is on back foot on surgical strike
JUNE 29 (WTN) - The rhetoric is continuing on the surgical strike done by India Army in the night of 28 and 29 September 2016. Where on one side the Modi government has said so many times that surgical strike is its success, but other hand, the Congress continues to question on the surgical strike from time to time. But after the video of the surgical strike comes in the media, the response is constantly coming. But the officer monitoring this surgical strike himself has confirmed this surgical strike and gave a big statement on it.
Army officer Lieutenant General (Retd) D.S. Hooda, Eastern Northern Army commander, who supervises the surgical strike, says the decision of the surgical strike was of ‘political leadership’. He said, “The army fully agreed on this decision, because we wanted to do something. Hooda said, “If we want to give a strong answer to Pakistan in the future, then we can do it again.”
